Monday- Students will receive 10 new vocabulary words, or 10 new roots to learn every Monday. Students will have a vocabulary test every other Friday over the 20 words studied. Memory Verse for the week reviewed.
Weekly Writing assignments are given on Monday. They are due on Friday.
Tuesday-: Every Tuesday a grammar concept will be reviewed or introduced. Students can expect a test over the grammar studied every other Friday, alternating with the vocabulary tests.
Wednesday - Literature Focus - Socratic Seminars - Test Prep Strategies
Thursday- Writing and Literature Focus - Dialectic Journals will be due.
Friday - Alternating Vocabulary and Grammar Tests. Memory Verse Quiz every Friday.
Students are expected to read and reflect every day!
